To be frank, we setup the tool for our internal use at Digital Avatar and sharing the same with the world. So the hosting cost of the tool is sponsored by us 🙂
We did not build the tool but simply licensed if from another company. The development and maintenance of the software code is taken care by them.
Our website is pretty simple and we do not spend on marketing. If you leave a review on Capterra or G2 it will be greatly helpful for others to discover our free offering.
